		<description>I'm intrigued by the notion of authorship that Gardiner poses - in as far as it is perfectly attainable to reuse / reiterate other artists images or sounds to create new artistic landscapes in their own right. However one might show concern when posing questions linked with authenticity. Surely if the artist is involved in the creation of the base materials which conrtibute towards an overall work, the proccess inevitably brings a togetherness, a oneness, that otherwise is unacheiveable when such essntial components are pillaged from unknow or at least , not truly known sources. It is my contention that through repetition comes clarity and Gardiner - although astute in his chosen disciplines - is clearly a lazy thief !! 

A brief afterthought written by Gardiners auld mucker and compodre in things musical GIBS ............. Intended to be read with a wry smile and the knowledge that i don't believe a single word....
